We’re looking for that star player who can have fun on the job, work hard, be dependable, and learn how to toss the greatest pizza ever at NorthernLights Pizza Company®.
We have plenty of career opportunities for aspiring store owners, managers, delivery drivers, and pizza makers! We’ll teach you how to run a pizza store so successfully that you could run your own. All NorthernLights’ Pizza Company® franchise owners started in the business learning to make pizzas—and you can too.
You could also start as an in-store team member learning to make pizzas full or part-time. It’s a good job if you’re in school, and every franchise offers their employees a free shift meal or a food allowance.
Qualifications
NorthernLights Pizza Company® is currently looking for in-house staff, assistant managers, and delivery drivers. Candidates with full- or part-time availability are welcome to apply. Team members must be:
- At least 16 years old to join our in-house staff
- At least 18 years old with a car and car insurance to join our delivery driver team
- Able to communicate in a friendly, professional manner with customers
- Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
