Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce (room temperature)
Preparation
- Cook heavy cream and NorthernLights Garlic Butter Sauce over low heat until boiling.
- Pour over cooked pasta, shrimp, steak, pork, vegetables, chicken, and more.
- Serve immediately.

One Pot Garlic Spaghetti

Ingredients
2 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce
3 cups low sodium chicken broth plus a little extra
1/2 pound of spaghetti
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
1.5 TBS dried parsley
Preparation
- In a medium pan bring to a boil garlic butter and chicken broth.
- Add the pasta and cook according to box directions.
- Add a little more chicken broth if the noodles start to stick to the bottom and burn.
- Add the cheese, cream and parsley when the pasta is cooked to your desired tenderness and mix thoroughly.
- Serve immediately.
Great with chicken, mushrooms or broccoli, or just as a side for any meal.
Hearty Soups/Sandwiches
Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium carrots cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 celery ribs cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 bay leaf
1.5 cups chopped chicken, cooked
2 quarts of chicken stock
12 ounces frozen Reams noodles
Preparation
- Place a soup pot over medium heat and coat with a tablespoon of NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery and bay leaf.
- Cook and stir for about 6 minutes, until the vegetables are softened but not browned.
- Pour in the chicken stock and the remainder of the Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce and bring the liquid to a boil.
- Add the noodles and simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender.
- Fold in the chicken and continue to simmer for another couple of minutes to heat through.
- Remove bay leave and throw away.
Serve with favorite garnish, rolls, bread, or crackers.
Amazing Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of favorite bread
2 TSP Amazing Garlic Butter sauce, room temperature
1 slice of your favorite cheese (American or Velveeta slices)
Preparation
- Evenly brush the Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce on one side of bread.
- Place the cheese slice on the plain side of bread
- Place the remaining piece of bread on top of cheese. Press firmly to close the sandwich, then evenly brush the Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce on the outside of the sandwich.
- Heat a heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium heat, place the sandwich in the pan, and press down on the sandwich with a spatula. (Alternatively, you can cook the sandwich in a sandwich press.)
- Cook until the bread is crisp and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook until the second side is golden brown, the cheese is melted, and the sandwich is warmed through. About 3-4 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

Amazing Popcorn

Ingredients
1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
3 TBS to 1/2 cup NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce
Preparation
- Pour 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels and 3 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce into a heavy-bottomed pan.
- Cover; set heat to medium high. Leave pan lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. Shake pan gently once or twice during popping.
- When popping slows to about 2 to 3 seconds apart, remove pan from heat.
- Pour into a large bowl. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 cup Parmesan
1 cup mozzarella provolone cheese
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed OR fresh spinach, blanched
1 (14 ounce) can/jar artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup cream cheese

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix together Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or toasted bread.

6 hamburger buns (leftover buns work great)
2 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, room temperature
3/4 to 1 cup pesto sauce
1.5 cups fresh baby spinach
1 tomato, chopped
1.5 cups mozzarella, shredded
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lightly brush Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce on each bread slice.
- Brush on layer of pesto sauce on each slice.
- Layer baby spinach on each slice.
- Sprinkle chopped tomatoes & mozzarella cheese on each.
- Place them on a baking sheet and into the oven.
- Bake until cheese is melted & heated through for about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

2 tomatoes, sliced
1.5 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 TSP oregano, dried

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the tomatoes lengthwise into approx. 1/3-inch slices.
- Place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle some NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, then sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese & fresh oregano.
- Bake until tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.

1 loaf of Vienna or French loaf bread (split in half)
1/2 to 1 cup NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, room temperature
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Brush liberally with Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce on each loaf half.
- Wrap with aluminum foil around loaf halves and place in oven.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmigiano or Romano & chopped parsley.

Garlic Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese

Ingredients
16 ounces potatoes
6 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce
bacon, cut into large chunks
shredded cheese of your choice
fresh chives, diced
salt & fresh black pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 TSP garlic powder
1 TBS finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Using a wooden spoon as a cradle, place each potato in the spoon and make several parallel slits into each potato top, making sure not to slice completely through.
- Brush NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce between slits at the crown of each potato.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and sprinkle generously with salt & pepper.
- When the potatoes begin to “fan out,” it’s time to make the magic happen. Carefully slip a hunk of bacon into each slit of the potato and continue to cook.
- Once the potatoes and bacon are fulling cooked (use a knife poke test), coat the potatoes with a heaping helping of shredded cheese.
- Bake until the tops are crispy and potatoes are cooked through, about 1 hour.
- Transfer to a platter and top with Herbed Sour Cream and chives.
Herbed Sour Cream
- Combine the chives, sour cream, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate until use.

1 pound ground hamburger
1.5 TBS NorthernLights Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce, room temperature
Preparation
- Mix hamburger meat and the Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce together in a bowl.
- Patty out 4 hamburgers.
- Throw on the grill or in a skillet and cook till slightly charred on the first side about 3-5 minutes.
- Flip over and cook the other side 3-5 minutes till slightly charred.
- Once burgers are finished, place each patty on a bun and build with all your favorite toppings, cheese, & condiments.
