Given the recent developments around the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to share what Northern Lights Pizza is doing to support the health and safety of our customers and associates. In response to the Coronavirus outbreak and the news from the Governor of the State of Iowa, we have taken a number of additional measures to further protect our employees and those we serve. We are closely following and complying with all CDC safety recommended protocols at each of our Franchise locations. In addition we are also:
○ Increasing our already rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols, like sanitizing the carryout counter, customer ink pens and door handles.
○ Adding additional sanitation stations inside our stores.
○ Closely monitoring the health and well-being of employees.
○ Our drivers have increased their cleaning and sanitation protocols for every delivery.
○ Continuously monitoring the situation and implementing additional measures as needed, such as modifications to store hours and staffing levels..
We’re committed to making your customer experience safe and we’re ready to serve you the pizza and products you love, whether it’s picked up for carryout or delivered to your home or business. We appreciate your patience if delivery times are slower due to the extra steps needed to ensure the safety of you and our crew.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES NOW AVAILABLE!!!
We’ve added new procedures for contactless delivery. No matter your location, if you want a more contactless option and prefer your pizza left at the door upon delivery, no problem.
CALL-IN ORDERS – If you are calling in your order to the store, just tell us as a special instruction as you’re placing your order.
ONLINE ORDERS – If you are ordering online, upon checkout, check the box: “I’d like the food left at my front door” and enter any special instructions in the space provided. Upon arrival, your driver will call the number you provided. This number will appear as an “unrecognized number” so be sure to answer the phone as this will be your driver communicating with you. Please be sure to give us a working phone number. As an extra level of safety, you may use your own pen.
CURBSIDE PICK-UP – We are now also offering “curbside pickup” if you prefer not to come into the store. Just call the store when you arrive in our parking lot and we will bring your food out to you. This will require you to prepay or give us the credit card information when you call upon your arrival. During this time, we will not require a signature on the slip.
We have a plan in place and will continually monitor the latest updates on what is no doubt a very fluid situation. We’ll continue to update our plan and procedures as necessary. And we’ll certainly keep you updated as we go.
