Fair’s Best Better Bayou – Buffalo Chicken Dip (Hot)


3-4 large chicken breasts (or 3/4 c. of rotisserie chicken)
2 (5 oz.) bottles of Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce – your new favorite hot sauce!!
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temp)
1 (16 oz.) bottle of Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing
1/4 Tsp. minced garlic
2/3 c. celery (chopped)
1 c. shredded smoked Gruyere cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Add some extra flair with smoked paprika, more Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce, chopped green onions, or any other spices you love.


  1. Cook chicken thoroughly, shred, and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (if you are baking instead of a crock pot).
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, celery, garlic, and Gruyere cheese.
  4. Over medium heat, mix cream cheese, dressing, 1 c. of cheddar, and Fair’s Best Better Bayou Sauce and cook until melted.
  5. Pour over chicken mixture and mix well.
  6. Transfer to a 13″ x 9″ pan, top with cheddar cheese, and bake for 40 min. OR transfer to a large crockpot and cheddar, set on HIGH for 1 hour (stir occasionally), then set on WARM.

Serve with Nachos, Veggies, Crackers, Toasted Bread, or your Favorite Dippers.
